The role

We are looking for a senior analog integrated circuit design engineer to join our analog precision team. In this role, you will design and develop IPs for next-generation automotive, industrial, and medical products. You will contribute to complex mixed-signal IPs and work with analog blocks such as DAC, ADC, PLL, and wireless interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define architectures and participate in feasibility studies for new analog/mixed-signal IP components
• Lead the design, verification, layout, and bench evaluation of cutting-edge CMOS and SOI designs, reusable in different market segments.
• Lead small teams on sub-projects and contribute to SoC integration
• Propose innovative solutions to meet customer and product needs
• Collaborate on DFT strategies and document designs exhaustively
• Partner with test, product, and applications teams to ensure successful production
• Document designs including architecture and circuit descriptions, test procedures, and security mechanisms.

Qualifications

What you will need

• Minimum BS/MS degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field
• More than 5 years of experience in analog integrated circuit design (schematic, layout, simulation).
• A deep understanding of semiconductor physics and IC processes.
• Previous experience in analog design in deep-submicron processes (65nm or less)
• Creativity, dynamism, reliability, and team spirit
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland

What you can also bring

• Experience in some of the following areas is a plus:
• Project/task leadership
• Ability to think at a system level
• Knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog, Verilog-A, or VHDL-AMS is a plus.
• Design of accelerators and signal processing components
• Low power experience
• Previous experience in one of the following areas: ADC, DAC, PLL
• Knowledge of functional safety
• Knowledge of French
