Your mission

• Diagnosis and repair of electronic control boards and controllers returned by customers
• Analysis and replacement of defective components
• Inspection, control, and testing of products according to the procedures and standards in force in the company
• Active participation in the development and proposal of corrective actions following returns, in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of our products
• Optimization of repairs and prioritization of activities related to distribution based on various criteria
• Data entry in our ERP to ensure the traceability of our products and repairs

Your profile

• CFC or electronics technician
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar after-sales service role
• Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and fault detection
• Mastery of MS Office and Outlook tools
• Knowledge of an ERP (SAP, Oracle,-)
• Good writing skills in French and English
