For one of our clients based in the Vaud region, we are looking for a baker.

Job Description

• Perform artisanal production and bread baking continuously throughout the day, in a workspace open to the market's commercial area.
• Ensure the supply of the sales shelf by adapting production to forecasts and based on customer flow (presentation, refilling, cleaning).
• Offer a warm welcome to customers, develop contact with the clientele, respond to their needs, and provide professional advice.
• Perform a daily quality and freshness control of products, verify sales and consumption dates, and ensure compliance with HACCP standards (cold chain, DLV, hygiene, cleanliness).
• Actively participate in waste management.

Profile sought

• Holder of a CFC or a CAP in baking and benefiting from experience in artisanal or industrial bakery, you are a true professional in all aspects of your trade.
• Fast and precise, you know how to effectively organize your tasks and manage priorities in your work. Furthermore, you master the manufacturing process as a whole, including kneading, shaping, and baking.
• You are comfortable in contact and advice with professional and private customers.
• You appreciate teamwork and actively contribute to a supportive and positive working atmosphere.
• You demonstrate scheduling flexibility, particularly for night shifts (from 4h00) or during the day, depending on needs.
• Your sense of customer contact allows you to respond effectively to requests and to be constantly at the service of the customer.
• You are open to multi-activity in another sector of our company at a given percentage
