Who are we? ###

Roger Seematter SA is a Swiss SME specializing in the sale, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of professional equipment primarily intended for the hospital hygiene and laundry sectors.

In order to strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a versatile, autonomous, and organized maintenance and installation technician, residing in the Lausanne region.

Your intervention sector will mainly cover the canton of Vaud and the surrounding regions. Depending on the needs of the service and operational imperatives, you may occasionally be required to intervene throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

Your main missions - Maintenance and installation ###

• Perform preventive maintenance operations on our professional equipment.
• Participate in the installation, assembly, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Carry out maintenance, adjustment, and common repair work.
• Participate in the disassembly, replacement, and removal of machines.
• Ensure the follow-up of interventions and write the corresponding reports.
• Collaborate with after-sales service technicians and other members of the technical team.

Additional missions - Replacement of the logistician ###

• Receive, check, and prepare goods.
• Organize and perform deliveries and transport of machines.
• Ensure the loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Prepare the equipment, parts, and material necessary for installations and interventions.
• Ensure stock management and monitoring in our ERP.
• Ensure the good organization of the warehouse and storage spaces.

These logistical tasks are carried out exclusively as part of the replacement of the logistician and do not constitute the main activity of the position.

Your profile ###

• Completed technical training (CFC in a mechanical, electrical, electromechanical field or training deemed equivalent).
• Experience in the maintenance, assembly, or installation of technical equipment.
• Good practical knowledge in mechanics and electricity.
• Manual dexterity and ease in technical work.
• Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner.
• Versatility, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
• Team spirit, flexibility, and good contact with customers.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
• Category B driving license indispensable.
• Residence imperatively located in the Lausanne region or in the immediate vicinity.

Experience in the field of professional laundry equipment or logistics is an asset, but not indispensable.
