We are a non-profit organization, recognized as being of public utility and founded in 1967. To fulfill its mission, the Ecole Spécialisée is looking for an Educator-Teacher for its pre-training division. Your mission: You manage a class composed of 6 students each and work in a network with parents and other professional partners. You develop the learning capacities of the students and guarantee them personalized support in direct link with their special needs, this in compliance with the guiding principles of the division and the special school. You promote the construction and monitoring of a transition between school and a socio-professional project corresponding to the autonomy capacity of the students entrusted to you. Your profile: You benefit from a HEP pedagogical training or HES social work training, ideally completed by specific complementary training in the field of disability. Confirmed experience of teamwork is an asset. Your personal commitment, tact, and diplomacy will be guarantees of success.
