Injouables Real Estate Suisse Sàrl accompanies a Swiss and French-speaking private clientele in the acquisition of exceptional real estate in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). We provide you with the tools, partners, and methods necessary to develop a high-end clientele in a growing market.
Your missions

• Prospect and convert a Swiss clientele interested in real estate investment in Dubai
• Market real estate located mainly in Dubai
• Accompany your clients until the finalization of the sale
• Use our internal commercial methods, tools, and processes

Profile sought

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong commercial sense, and taste for challenge
• Autonomy and rigor in the follow-up of your clients and appointments
• Ease with commercial tools and structured processes
• Professional presentation
• Initial experience in sales or real estate is a plus

Work organization

• Activity rate: 100%
• Mandatory presence in the agency from Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00
• The remaining time is organized autonomously: prospecting, client appointments, etc.

Remuneration — 100% variable, uncapped
Position remunerated exclusively on performance, with a progressive commissioning system and no earnings cap.
As an example, an employee who reaches their objectives and concludes one sale per month can claim remuneration in the range of CHF 10'000.- per month. The more your production increases, the more your commission rate progresses — your remuneration evolves directly with your performance, without limit.
