• Lead and organize the operation of defense and logistics infrastructures and lead the subordinate personnel
• Plan and ensure the provision, operation, and maintenance of the infrastructures as well as guarantee coordination with the troops, users, and partners

What makes you unique

• Technical or manual vocational training, ideally supplemented by higher education (university or equivalent); Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a maintenance specialist or equivalent training
• Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of infrastructures as well as in the leadership of personnel
• Strong leadership competence, organizational and sense of responsibility, goal and result orientation as well as good communication, cooperation, and conflict management skills
• Good knowledge of process and project management, proficient handling of common IT applications and SAP as well as good knowledge of a second official language
• A military training as an officer or senior non-commissioned officer is an advantage
