HR Business Partner Senior (m/f/x) - 80-100%

In order to strengthen our Human Resources Department, we are looking for an HR Business Partner Senior. As a true strategic partner, you will advise and support the Sales & Marketing department within Vaudoise on all HR issues, both at the Lausanne headquarters and in our agencies in Switzerland.

Your role and missions

• Be the partner to managers and management to support them in their human challenges: integration, skill development, mobility, performance, engagement, and management of complex situations;
• Contribute to the HR and business strategy, by adapting and deploying our HR policies at the local level and ensuring their alignment with company priorities;
• Drive key HR processes: promotions, evaluations, salary reviews, budgets, training needs, talent management and planning;
• Play a driving role in digital, cultural, and organizational transformation, acting as a facilitator of change;
• Strengthen our culture and our employer brand, by promoting a positive social climate and contributing to the health and well-being of employees (notably through the prevention of psychosocial risks);
• Monitor and analyze HR indicators, in order to guide decision-making and maximize value creation;
• Manage and develop your team composed of 2 HR Business Partners and 2 administrators.

Your profile:

• Proven experience (min. 7 years) in an HR strategic partner role, ideally in a complex environment;
• Native French or German speaker with a very good command of the other language (min. B2);
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern collaborative tools;
• Recognized leadership: structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented, you combine rigor, sense of dialogue, and ability to influence;
• Proactive and a source of proposals, you know how to drive concrete and innovative solutions for the benefit of teams and the business.
