Scheduler M/F at 100%

• CFC Logistics or equivalent
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in watchmaking, microtechnical industry...
• Comfortable using an ERP
• Autonomy and priority management
• Ability to collaborate transversally and manage pressure
• Rigorous and proactive

IMPERATIVELY AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY SCHEDULING AND LAUNCHING OF WO

• Sequence WO according to priorities and technical constraints
• Verify the availability of components, kits, and precious material before launching, in connection with the warehouse and procurement
• Launch and print WO in Pro Concept
• Manage emergencies, rework, and rescheduling, and communicate decisions to the relevant parties

PROGRESS MONITORING AND COORDINATION

• Monitor the progress of WO, the level of work-in-progress, and delays, and trigger necessary actions
• Coordinate flows with workshops, the warehouse, procurement, quality, and subcontractors
• Inform continuously on availability dates and schedule shifts

STOCK MANAGEMENT

• Assemble component kits according to the WO bills of materials
• Pick, check, and group components by WO/Workshop
• Weigh and record the precious material integrated into the kits
• Make kits available to the workshops in compliance with the production schedule
