HR Business Partner (F/M) 50 %
For the HR management of employees in the Heating department.

Varied tasks will be entrusted to you:

• Implement and drive the HR strategy within your business sector (approx. one hundred people).
• Recruit new employees and retain and develop internal talent.
• Support and advise employees and managers regarding the employee life cycle and change processes.
• Actively participate in future HR projects.
• Regularly exchange with other HRBPs and HR Services in German-speaking Switzerland and collaborate closely with HR administrative support and on-site training.

You will lead us to success, if you :

• Have higher education in HR (minimum Federal Diploma in HR).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Natural interpersonal skills and an innate service and solution orientation both in writing and on the phone, while having a sense of confidentiality, negotiation, and a flair for numbers.
• Are autonomous, efficient, pragmatic, optimistic by nature, multi-tasking, well-organized and able to set priorities and manage periods of stress.
• Excellent knowledge of German and French. Both orally and in writing (minimum level C2).
• The 50 % ideally distributed over 4 to 5 days.
