Lighting Project Manager

The lighting project manager is responsible for the design and monitoring of lighting projects (interior and exterior). They ensure the management of offers, coordination with clients and internal and external teams, as well as on-site support during the installation and commissioning of lighting solutions.

Main responsibilities and activities:

Project design:

• Develop lighting studies on Relux.
• Define the technical solutions most suitable to client needs (choice of luminaires, layout, energy performance).
• Perform lighting simulations and optimize project performance according to current standards.
• Preparation of plans on Autocad as well as all administrative or technical documentation related to the project.

Preparation of commercial offers:

• Analyze client needs and draft technical and commercial proposals.

Technical advice:

• Accompany and advise clients on the choice of luminaires and any question related to lighting.

Monitoring of awarded projects:

• Plan and organize the delivery of lighting fixtures with logistics.
• Coordinate with installation teams and ensure the smooth running of the project on site.
• Ensure administrative monitoring of projects (contract management, invoicing, compliance with commitments).

Support for installation and commissioning:

• Intervene on site to provide explanations to installers and clients.
• Train end users on the operation of the installed products.

Required skills:

• CFC in a technical field, preferably in electricity
• Mastery of lighting simulation software (Relux, Autocad)
• Knowledge of lighting standards and current regulations
• Ability to develop technical and commercial offers adapted to client needs
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a team and to interact with various interlocutors (clients, architects, installers, suppliers)
• Rigor and autonomy in project management.
