Your main tasks:
Leading a production and logistics team (12 employees)

Planning and organization of weekly and monthly organizational and safety meetings

Ensuring operations at the site in close cooperation with the Safety Coordinator and in strict compliance with safety regulations

Organization of product movements (bulk goods and packaged products) in cooperation with those responsible for Supply and Distribution

Planning and organization of filling activities for bottles

Ensuring a minimum stock of operating resources (metal and products) according to seasonal forecasts and in cooperation with the various departments

Monitoring daily bottle movements and production planning

Management of stocks of products, bottles, and crates

Ensuring the supply of accessories

Coordination of the recording and tracking of production data as well as bottle stocks

• Ensure, in collaboration with the Safety Coordinator, the operation of the site in strict respect of safety rules.
• Organize product movements (bulk and packaged) in collaboration with the Supply and Distribution managers.
• Plan and organize the bottle packaging activity.
• Ensure a minimum tool stock (metal and product) based on seasonal forecasts in collaboration with the different departments.
• Supervise daily bottle movements and production schedules.
• Manage stocks of products, bottles, and crates.
• Ensure the supply of accessories.
• Coordinate the recording and monitoring of production and bottle stock data
