In order to strengthen our R&D team, we are looking for an experienced cosmetic Formulator possessing solid experience in the development of cosmetic products. Do you like developing new formulas, taking on technical challenges, and supporting our clients' projects, from laboratory formulation to their manufacturing? This position is made for you! Experienced Cosmetic Formulator Your missions * Develop and carry out formulas in the R&D laboratory according to specifications, * Propose technical directions adapted to the various developments, * Select raw materials taking into account technical, regulatory, customer, and environmental requirements, * Carry out and monitor trials as well as stability and compatibility tests, * Analyze results and make the necessary adjustments in case of formulation, stability, or compatibility problems, * Prepare submissions and customer samples in collaboration with the various departments concerned, * Establish operating procedures and manufacturing specifications, * Participate in the industrial scale-up of formulas and provide your technical expertise during the first manufacturing runs, * Provide technical support to Quality Control and other departments when necessary, * Participate in supplier meetings, professional trade fairs, and training, * Share your experience and technical knowledge and contribute to the R&D team's dynamics. Your profile * University degree in chemistry, biology, physics or equivalent training, * Minimum 5 years of experience in formulation, cosmetic product development, and subcontracting, * Proven experience in the autonomous management of developments and their industrial scale-up, * Knowledge of Coptis software, * Very good knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, excipients, and galenic forms, * Good knowledge of the cosmetic regulatory environment, * Autonomy, rigor, and analytical skills, * Creativity, curiosity, and a taste for innovation, * Team spirit and ease in collaborating with different departments, * Proficiency in French and English.
