Job description

As a Site Manager, you will be required to:

• Supervise and coordinate teams on construction sites
• Ensure the proper execution of work according to plans and deadlines
• Manage human and material resources on site
• Guarantee the safety, quality, and compliance of the works
• Be the main interlocutor between the different stakeholders (clients, architects, subcontractors, technical offices)
• Actively participate in the planning and monitoring of projects, in both new construction and renovation

You will play a key role in the success of projects and will be the guarantor of their smooth running on the ground

Profile sought

• Training in the construction field (CFC + additional training or several years of experience as a site manager)
• Proven experience in managing construction sites and teams
• Leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to make decisions
• Good mastery of technical plans and site monitoring tools
• Valid driver's license
• Additional assets: safety training, aerial work platform license, mastery of construction management software
