Logistics Specialist EFZ

For our partner, a leading Swiss family business in the Wasen region, we are looking for a

Logistics Specialist // Deputy Team Lead 80-10%

Your tasks are:

• You are responsible for the logistics processes from goods receipt to goods issue, including export processing
• You create customs declarations, commercial invoices and forwarding orders
• You are the deputy of the team leadership and take over responsibility in the operational business during its absence
• You work actively and closely with a small team as well as internal and external stakeholders such as sales, production, forwarders and authorities
• You actively assist with logistics processes and administrative tasks
• You optimize processes and drive the CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) forward
• You actively participate in projects and specifications
• Passing on knowledge to employees and apprentices is a matter of course for you

Qualifications

You bring with you:

• a completed basic training as a Logistiker EFZ as well as experience as a Deputy Team Leader
• Further training as a Logistics Specialist with a federal professional diploma is a plus
• You are physically fit and actively roll up your sleeves
• Your MS Office skills are up to date and you are used to common logistics programs
• You have very good German and English skills, so that you can communicate confidently with customers and authorities.
