People & Asset Technician (M/F/D)

We are recruiting an AI People & Asset Technician to ensure the performance, HSEQ compliance, and resource development of a Lean production sector.

You will have the technical, organizational, financial, and managerial responsibility for small production lines or ancillary activities. You will drive operational performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and supervise team leaders to guarantee the availability of the skills necessary for the smooth functioning of the sector.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance with HSEQ regulations, standards, and procedures, particularly in change management and abnormal situations.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan, in close coordination with planning teams and support functions.
• Monitor and improve the performance of production lines: yield, efficiency, OEE, operational costs, quality, and safety.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly using digital tools and MES configuration.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and actively contribute to OpEx initiatives, such as A3 and Tier processes.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in a structured manner, with the maintenance, logistics, planning, and development teams.
• Write and maintain operational procedures; contribute to work planning and the optimization of sector activities.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate team leaders; ensure the monitoring of performance, objectives, and employee development.
• Define resource and skill requirements, develop multi-skilling, and ensure training planning.
• Organize the induction and follow-up of new arrivals, operators in training, apprentices, and temporary employees.

Requirements

• CFC as a chemical and pharmaceutical production technologist, or equivalent training completed with significant professional experience.
• Proven experience in a production environment subject to high HSEQ requirements.
• Imperative experience in managing a team of at least five people.
• Good knowledge of HSEQ standards and operational risk management.
• Good understanding of production processes and IT systems used in industrial environments.
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems in a structured manner, and challenge the status quo.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate with impact in a matrix organization.
• Ability to manage priorities, stress, and emergency situations.
• Proficiency in basic IT tools; knowledge of production steering tools and MES is an asset.
• Good level of spoken and written English desired.
