Our office, human-sized, intervenes on new construction, transformation and renovation projects, of different scales and complexities. We favor a rigorous and collaborative approach, paying particular attention to architectural quality, technical mastery and the good conduct of projects. ### Your missions * Develop and ensure the follow-up of architectural projects, from design to realization. * Elaborate building permit application files and ensure their follow-up with the competent authorities. * Organize and conduct coordination meetings with clients, mandatories and various stakeholders. * Establish project plans, tender documents, execution plans and construction details. * Prepare, write and ensure the follow-up of tenders. * Participate in planning, construction management and the monitoring of costs, deadlines and execution quality. ### Your profile * HES, EPF architect diploma or training deemed equivalent. * Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland, ideally in the canton of Geneva. * Good mastery of the different phases of development and realization of an architectural project. * Solid knowledge of SIA standards and the legal and regulatory framework applicable to construction, particularly in Geneva. * Excellent mastery of ArchiCAD and good mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and planning tools. * Very good mastery of French, both oral and written.
