We are looking for one of our clients, in the construction sector, active in Nord Vaudois, for an architect or building draughtsman at 80-100%.

Job description ###

Your mission :

• Prepare technical drawings at all project phases: sketches, preliminary design, final design, execution and detail plans
• Compile and submit building permit application files
• Perform surveys of existing buildings using laser scanning software
• Perform measurements and ensure the monitoring of small construction sites
• Prepare and manage tenders and calls for bids

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• Holder of a CFC as a building draughtsman with experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of AEAI requirements regarding fire protection (AQ2 degree), an asset
• Mastery of standard IT tools in the sector including Messerli, MS Office, Autocad, archicad and Photoshop
• Solid knowledge of building technology
• Interest and good knowledge regarding subsidies for transformations
• Organized, rigorous, pragmatic and possessing good interpersonal skills
