Job description
--------------------

• You ensure the management of the administrative life cycle of employees from their entry to their exit (AVS/LPP requests, preparation of employment contracts / certificates, management of changes, maintenance of personnel files)
• You are in charge of social insurance management (health/accident declarations, time management, processing of absences)
• You provide support to the payroll department (entries, changes, controls)
• You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory provisions and internal directives regarding human resources

Profile sought
-----------------

• Holder of a human resources assistant certificate
• Beneficiary of at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an SME-type structure
• Knowledge of Abacus is an asset
• Service-oriented, flexible, team-oriented
• Available quickly (October/November) for a 6 month mission
