La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of persons weakened in their physical and psychic integrity during their life process.

In order to complete our housekeeping team, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment in Corcelles-sur-Chavornay, which welcomes 18 Persons and is specialized in the field of adult psychiatry:

Regardless of their function, the professionals of La Fondation Saphir have a common goal: to accompany the Persons on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to preserve their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the Persons.

Your main place of work is located in Corcelle-sur-Chavornay, within the EPSM Le Pré-Carré. Depending on the needs and the organization of services, you may be required to intervene occasionally within our second establishment located in Hermenches.

You contribute to the well-being of the Persons by guaranteeing a warm, clean, and safe environment. You ensure all tasks related to the maintenance and cleaning of living spaces, as well as laundry management. You also participate in meal preparation, washing up, and the organization of the various events of the establishment.

In a "like at home" approach, you are in daily contact with the Persons and participate in their support in collaboration with the interprofessional team. You also contribute to the integration of new professionals, apprentices, and trainees of the housekeeping service.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• You hold a driver's license and have a vehicle.
• You have experience in the field of cleaning, housekeeping, or maintenance.
• You appreciate the diversity of tasks and contact with Persons.
• You have a sense of welcome and good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the social or psychiatry field is an asset.
• You enjoy teamwork and promote quality communication.
• You have an ability to adapt and your interventions are oriented towards the well-being of the Persons.
• You master spoken and written French as well as standard IT tools.
