CNC Machining Manager (M/F)

Desired Profile

• CFC Polymécanicien, Senior Technician or training deemed equivalent.
• Experience in team management.
• Solid knowledge of CNC machining methods - milling.
• Mastery of CAM programming.
• Versatile profile, capable of switching from workshop coordination to direct intervention on machines.
• Clear communication, sense of priorities.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational coordination of the workshop and ensure the smooth running of production activities according to workloads, urgencies and set objectives.
• Lead the team on a daily basis, distribute activities and contribute to the development of skills as well as the versatility of employees.
• Act as a technical referent for production, notably during startups, settings, program adjustments and resolution of issues related to machining.
• Guarantee the smooth manufacturing of high-precision mechanical parts on various CNC production means.
• Actively participate in the definition, adaptation and improvement of machining programs and parameters to ensure the quality and reliability of processes.
• Identify areas for workshop improvement and implement actions aimed at optimizing yields, quality, manufacturing methods and flow organization.
