What to expect ##

With a view to retirement, early succession planning with a structured know-how transfer is planned in Sachschaden West. During your time in the Claims Specialist Network (FNS), you will specifically develop into an agricultural claims inspector. During your assignment, you will be fully integrated into the Sachschaden West team and will build up your expertise in a practical manner and step by step.

What you will achieve with us ##

In your role, you are responsible for the independent processing and settlement of complex claims in the property sectors of our agricultural customers, mainly in Romandie (as well as in the bilingual cantons of Fribourg, Bern and Valais).

You assess coverage and liability issues, create claim calculations, and in addition, carry out demanding investigations and negotiations with policyholders and their legal representatives as well as experts.

In addition, you support our General Agency Claims Services in technical questions and participate in projects, concepts as well as in training and further education.

What you bring with you ##

• Master Farmer (HFP), degree in Agronomy (HF/FH) or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in agriculture or agriculture-related occupational branches
• Initiative, communicative, independent and assertive personality with negotiation skills as well as pronounced business thinking and high social competence
• Solution-oriented and customer-oriented way of working as well as professional and confident appearance
• Readiness to undergo further training in the insurance sector
• French native language as well as very good knowledge of the German language

Your development path in the Claims Specialist Network ##

This position is part of our Claims Specialist Network, short FNS. With this development program, we specifically build up specialists for important and specialized tasks in the claims area. In doing so, we secure valuable knowledge, create professional perspectives and prepare talents for future specialist functions.

From day one, you are fully integrated into the Sachschaden West team and actively participate in daily business. Experienced specialists accompany you in expanding your knowledge in a practical manner and gradually taking on more responsibility. Your development is oriented towards an individual development plan with clear goals. This is determined together with you, your manager in Sachschaden West and the management of the FNS.
