Finishing Setter Operator – Recomatic (M/F)

Your missions:
Setting, setup and production on Recomatic machines (polishing, satin finishing, beveling)
Carrying out finishing operations on high-end watch components
Aesthetic and dimensional control according to strict quality criteria
Adjustment of parameters, stability monitoring and yield optimization
First-level maintenance, tool management and participation in continuous improvement

Your profile:
Proven experience in watch finishing (Recomatic indispensable)
Excellent mastery of polishing, satin finishing, beveling operations
Sense of detail, rigor, precision and autonomy
Knowledge of watchmaking quality standards
Available quickly, motivated and oriented towards precision work
