Night Audit

Proven experience in hotel reception, ideally as a Night Auditor.
Excellent presentation and sense of service.
Comfortable with IT tools and hotel software (knowledge of Protel is an asset)
Good management of priorities and autonomy.
Mastery of French indispensable; English is required. Any other language constitutes an asset.
Available to work at night. For one of our clients, a hotel located in Lausanne, we are looking for a Night Auditor.
Your missions :
Ensure the arrival and departure of guests during the night.
Perform check-ins and check-outs.
Respond to client requests and guarantee quality service.
Perform daily closing operations (night audit).
Ensure administrative follow-up and billing.
Ensure the security of the establishment during the night shift.
Collaborate with the reception teams and transmit useful information.
