Responsibilities

• Management of tickets and developments with software editors,
• Gathering user requirements,
• Participation in project management,
• Deployment of new solutions,
• Assistance to employees in the execution of their tasks,
• Writing and maintaining functional documentation,
• Quality control of work documents and procedures,
• Internal training,
• Implementation of a continuous training program,
• Assistance in IT infrastructure,
• Participation in the quality, security, and reliability of data,
• Technological monitoring useful to the real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Training in management information systems, information systems, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in real estate, management, or services.
• Good understanding of administrative and operational processes.
• Mastery of office tools and ease with management applications and databases.
• Experience in project management and user needs analysis.
• Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to synthesize information.
• Excellent sense of service and good interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in a team.
• Very good command of French; knowledge of English or German is an asset.
