We are looking for nurses for home care (mobile and non-mobile tours) for the Lausanne region as soon as possible.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Provide preventive, curative, and palliative care at the patient's home
• Support and assist the patient in their activities of daily living
• Accompany the patient in crisis situations and the end-of-life period
• Perform prevention measures, diagnostics, and therapeutic measures
• Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork

Profile ###

YOUR PROFILE

• HES diploma in nursing or a title deemed equivalent by the Swiss Red Cross
• Experience in home care, an asset
• Having a vehicle, an asset
