Job Description

We are looking for a staffing specialist available from January 2027, equipped with excellent interpersonal skills. After complete training on our services, you will be responsible for prospecting new partners, particularly trades in the electricity and building sectors in the Valais region.

• Develop the client portfolio through prospecting (telephone, physical, etc.) and maintain existing partnerships
• Recruit profiles adapted to client needs and expand the candidate network
• Analyze client and candidate expectations to guarantee the best collaborations in line with everyone's expectations
• Strengthen your visibility, that of leteam, and links with our partners through various events
• Optimize relationships and the network to increase turnover
• Ensure the management of relations with partners and various stakeholders

Profile sought

• Driven by challenge
• You are domiciled near Martigny and have a good network
• From a technical, commercial, or equivalent field of training
• Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (recruitment, personnel management, or business development)
• Hold a strong interest in negotiation and results (having good knowledge of sales and prospecting techniques)
• Bring added value through personality and authenticity
• Be autonomous, while knowing how to surround oneself with the right people to achieve objectives
• Demonstrate perseverance and resilience in the face of challenges
• Excellent interpersonal skills: sense of communication and ability to create and maintain trusting relationships with clients and candidates
• Perfect mastery of French both orally and in writing (a second language is a plus)
