DIRECTOR

Kinderdorf Leuk is a special education institution for children and adolescents with special educational needs. Around 130 employees are committed to various areas for around 170 children and adolescents.

In this leadership role, together with the board of the supporting association (OKHW) and the management team, you bear responsibility for the sustainable development of our institution.

Your tasks ###

You will take over the overall operational management of Kinderdorf Leuk and lead the institution with its various departments and professional groups. In doing so, you will ensure clear orientation, reliable cooperation, and high professional quality.

Your most important tasks include:

• Leadership of the overall institution
• Implementation of the strategic guidelines of the association
• Further development of offers, concepts, and structures
• Responsibility for personnel, finances, and resources
• Ensuring and further developing quality
• Promoting constructive and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Promoting and accompanying change and development processes
• Representing the institution towards authorities, specialist agencies, partner organizations, and the public
• Ensuring an open, reliable, and appreciative communication and leadership culture

Your profile ###

You possess

• a recognized qualification in the pedagogical, social, or psychological field
• a DAS in institutional management, a similarly recognized qualification, or you are willing to complete this
