Product Quality Assurance Technician

For one of our clients, a recognized player in the pharmaceutical industry based in Genève, we are looking for a Product Quality Assurance (PQA) Technician for a temporary mission of 5 months, with the possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities

Within the Quality Assurance department, you will notably be in charge of:

• Performing the documentary review of batch records (Batch Records).
• Verifying the compliance and completeness of manufacturing and packaging records.
• Identifying and ensuring the follow-up of deviations and non-conformities related to batch records.
• Participating in the follow-up and implementation of CAPA.
• Verifying quality data and documents associated with production activities.
• Collaborating with Production, QC, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve documentary discrepancies.
• Participating in the processing of customer complaints and quality investigations.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and quality documentation.
• Ensuring the traceability and compliance of data in quality systems.

Your profile

• Training as a Technician in industrial pharmacy, quality, or a scientific field.
• First experience in operational Quality Assurance, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in batch record review / Batch Record Review.
• Good knowledge of BPF (GMP).
• Experience in the processing of deviations, non-conformities, and CAPA.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical production or packaging environment is a real asset.
• Proficiency in IT tools and quality systems.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• A rigorous, organized, autonomous person with good analytical skills.
