Industrial Process Performance Officer (M/F)

Mission

As part of this function, reporting to our Methods Division, you will participate in the definition, implementation, and anchoring of the Patek Philippe production system within our various sites. You will also lead strategic and complex industrial performance improvement projects, taking into account production constraints and the "manufacturability" of our products, and this, in compliance with our commitments in terms of agility, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs, diagnose production process improvement potentials, and propose actions to achieve potential performance gains.
• Support the deployment of progress plans and their sustainable maintenance.
• Be the referent for Lean tools, Six Sigma, and the DMAIC methodology.
• Ensure training, support for employees on specific tools, and monitoring of teams in change management.

Profile sought

• Master's in mechanics/microtechnology or an equivalent deemed training.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing expert function in project management within the field of industrial production.
• Expertise in DMAIC methodology, Lean Manufacturing tools, Six Sigma, and Quality tools (8D, capability, audit, etc.).
• Proficiency in management tools, particularly SAP.
• Proficiency in project management and risk management.
• Listening skills, interpersonal ease, diplomacy.
• Ability to lead and pilot project teams.
• Rigor, critical thinking, and synthesis skills.
• Sense of negotiation and persuasion.
• Field approach, customer and solution orientation.
