For our headquarters based in Châtel-Saint-Denis, we are looking for a: EHS SpecialistYour Mission Reporting to the QSE Manager, you will contribute to the deployment and monitoring of Health, Safety and Environment activities in the field. He/she will support operational teams in the application of regulatory and internal requirements, perform inspections, participate in audits, and lead awareness actions among employees. The position also includes a strong component of HSE performance analysis and monitoring through the implementation of indicators, the creation of dashboards, and the preparation and presentation of reporting to support continuous improvement processes. Your Responsibilities * Perform Health, Safety and Environment inspections in the field; * Participate in the identification and assessment of risks as well as the monitoring of corrective and preventive actions; * Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the ISO 14001 environmental management system and MSST requirements; * Drafting and updating documentation; * Participate in the preparation and implementation of internal and external audits; * Lead training, awareness sessions, and presentations to teams; * Support managers and employees in the application of HSE best practices; * Collect, analyze and monitor HSE performance indicators; * Develop dashboards and regular reporting for Management; * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives regarding safety and environment. Your qualifications * Engineering degree (Bac+5) or university training in Health, Occupational Safety, Environment, HSE or equivalent field * Initial experience gained through internships, work-study programs or a first job is an asset * Knowledge of health, safety and environment principles in an industrial environment * Good knowledge of ISO 14001 standard requirements and the MSST system * Knowledge of audit principles, field inspection and risk assessment * Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with different departments * Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communicating with stakeholders at all levels * Critical thinking, analytical skills and ability to propose solutions * Diplomacy, pedagogy and ability to raise awareness among teams regarding HSE issues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools * Very good command of Excel, particularly for creating dashboards, monitoring performance indicators (KPI), data analysis and the use of pivot tables (TCD) * Ability to transform data into relevant indicators and improvement recommendations * Excellent command of French orally and in writing, good level of English (B2) Start date: as soon as possible Contract: Permanent (CDI) at 100% Interested?
