Your missions
------------

Manage accounting and closings

• Ensure the monthly and annual closings of the entities as well as the consolidated closing of the Group.
• Perform inventories, justify operating accounts, and analyze results.
• Manage accruals, depreciation, machinery, and leasing contracts.
• Supervise the recording of overheads, salaries, and social security contributions.
• Guarantee the reliability of accounting data and compliance with internal procedures.

Ensure financial management and treasury

• Manage holdings, liquidity, and the Group's treasury.
• Establish and monitor quarterly budgets as well as liquidity and bank balances.
• Perform bank payments and control associated fees.
• Establish monthly turnover to contribute to business monitoring.

Take charge of taxation and legal obligations

• Establish VAT returns and tax accounts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations.

Monitor daily accounting operations

• Ensure accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, as well as the entry of supplier and partner invoices.
• Record receipts, cash, and transfers.
• Record transfers of goods and ensure the accounting allocation of stationery.
• Establish statements related to real estate.
• Manage reminders, litigation, and debt collection, particularly in case of client bankruptcy.

Your profile
------------

• You hold a degree in auditing or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least five years of experience in a similar function.
• You are proficient in IT tools, particularly the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of SelectLine and Odoo is an asset.
• You possess an excellent command of French and good skills in German.
• You combine rigor, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility.
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to communicate with clarity and discretion.
