Its mission is to promote staying at home, autonomy, and social integration by proposing individualized support in each situation and by offering a complete range of services.
With its 5 sites and its nearly 550 collaborators, the CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey accompanies more than 5'700 beneficiaries across all 16 communes of the region.
We are looking for our Sion site, a:
ASSC (60-100%)
Your mission
You provide care adapted to the patient's needs.
You dispense delegated medico-technical care and basic care.
You actively participate in your team's dynamics.
Your profile
CFC as Assistant in community nursing and health care (or training deemed equivalent).
Ability to adapt, sense of listening, and autonomy.
Mastery of usual IT tools; knowledge of Carefolio is an asset.
Driver's license and vehicle indispensable.
