Your mission

We are not looking for a traditional salesperson.

We are looking for a person capable of creating new opportunities, developing new markets, and building lasting relationships with innovative industrialists.

Your main mission will be to develop our presence in the sectors:

• MedTech
• Electronics
• Cosmetics
• Microtechnology
• Watchmaking

Your responsibilities

Your mission will be to:

• Identify companies presenting a high potential for collaboration.
• Understand their industrial challenges and needs.
• Open new client accounts.
• Develop a network of decision-makers (R&D, Industrialization, Quality, Purchasing, Management).
• Organize and conduct commercial meetings.
• Build offers in collaboration with our technical teams.
• Ensure follow-up until the projects are finalized.
• Participate in the company's commercial strategy.
• Represent Protylux at trade fairs and professional events.

You will never be alone when facing technical projects.

You will work in close collaboration with Management, the Technical Office, Production, and Quality.

The profile we are looking for

You appreciate technical environments and complex sales cycles.

You like to open doors where no one expects you.

Ideally, you possess:

• Technical training (HES Engineer, ES Technician, Microtechnology, Plastics Engineering, Mechanics or equivalent)
• Successful first experience in the sale of B2B industrial solutions
• Or experience in technical project management with a strong customer orientation
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Taste for challenges
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• High autonomy
• Technical curiosity
• Fluent French
• German minimum B1 level
• English is a real asset
