Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of the progress and quality of the work
• Supervision of teams and conducting site meetings
• Handover of the work, reporting and presentation to the technical director
• Validation of methods, compliance with standards and contractual commitments
• Preparation and costing of the work, definition of means and operating procedures
• Organization and planning of the site, logistical coordination and external mandates
• Relations with the client and project manager, defense of the company's interests

Profile

• Proven field experience and solid technical training covering different trades
• Excellent memory and ability to simultaneously manage several complex projects
• Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel), MS Project is an asset
• Ability to assume responsibilities with full autonomy on large-scale sites
• Assertive leadership, sense of delegation and team management in a collaborative and demanding spirit
• Rigor in compliance with deadlines and standards, while maintaining clear communication with management and employees
