On behalf of one of our partners in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for a Quality Technician (M/F).
Your future responsibilities:
You will analyze manufacturing deviations and manage all non-conformities in the sector.
You will define and deploy control standards in close synergy with support services.
You will lead continuous improvement projects and support the self-control approach with the workshop teams.
You will ensure the monitoring of quality key performance indicators (KPI).
You will ensure the availability and proper calibration of measuring means and metrological tools.
You will facilitate problem-solving workshops and supervise corrective actions.
You will develop control ranges based on the existing framework.
Your profile:
You hold a degree as a Technicien ES in microtechnics (or an equivalent training).
You benefit from several years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
You know the watchmaking sector and the manufacture of precision components (TQ1 training is an appreciated asset).
You master the usual problem-solving methodologies as well as the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (notions in Lean Manufacturing are a plus).
You demonstrate strong analytical, rigor and methodical organization skills.
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit and great adaptability in the field.
