In order to strengthen our quality team based in Saignelégier, we are looking for a

Versatile Quality Controller

(CDD 1 year)

Missions ##

Control

You perform aesthetic and dimensional inspections of our casing components (cases, dials and individual sub-components) at different manufacturing stages and with standard control devices (Marcel Aubert, Keyence and classic measuring devices). Using the QuickControl software, you enter the control results and participate in the creation of control ranges. You communicate with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers regarding control results.

Very comfortable with different types of control, you have a good mastery of reading technical drawings and an overview of the manufacturing processes for cases and dials.

Continuous Improvement

In regular contact with our internal client, production and suppliers, you are the guarantor of final quality before delivery and report all useful information with a view to continuous improvement. In order to optimize the functioning of the Quality department, you also report points for improvement concerning the quality control process.

You participate in quality meetings and continuous improvement working groups in order to exchange on problems encountered and actively participate in continuous improvement.

Profile ##

With a technical or quality background, you benefit from several years of experience in quality control, ideally in the watchmaking industry. Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office), you have a good mastery of Quick Control or equivalent software. Programming of 2D/3D automatic measuring machines is a plus.

Dynamic, committed and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork. An excellent communicator, your interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively in the search for solutions. Pragmatic and concrete, you know how to take a step back in order to evolve procedures by proposing improvement solutions. Autonomous, organized and rigorous, you are proactive in achieving the objectives set by your hierarchy.
