Your Tasks ###

• Advising customers on mobile telephony, smartphones, accessories, and digital products
• Identifying customer needs and demonstrating suitable solutions
• Active sale of products and services
• Support with device changes, commissioning, and other service requests
• Answering questions about digital products and their application
• Maintenance and attractive design of the sales floor
• Support with stock management and inventories
• Completion of various administrative tasks
• Cooperation with the team in daily sales and service

Your Profile ###

• Professional experience in customer contact, sales, or the service sector is an advantage
• Career changers are explicitly welcome
• Interest in smartphones, technology, and digital products
• Joy in personal customer contact and in advising
• Open, communicative, and friendly personality
• Willingness to learn and motivation to acquire new specialist knowledge
• Reliable, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
