Technico-administrative employee in fire prevention and natural elements
L’Établissement cantonal d'assurance et de prévention, an autonomous public law institution, wishes to complete its team of specialists by hiring a technico-administrative employee in fire prevention and natural elements.
Within our Prevention sector, you will contribute to the protection of people and property against fire risks and natural hazards in the Canton of Neuchâtel. You will support experts in the administrative and technical processing of various files and will be in contact with municipalities, mandatories, companies and owners.
Your missions
ensure the administrative and documentary follow-up of fire prevention, protection against natural elements and subsidy files
prepare, write and format letters, minutes, tables, presentations and other documents
read and understand plans, technical data sheets and documents related to buildings
participate in activities in collaboration with the experts of the sector and ensure routine contacts with our partners
To successfully carry out your missions, you possess the following assets:
a administrative and/or technical training with a minimum experience of 2 years in an environment related to buildings
good understanding of technical terms and ability to read plans
the very good mastery of common digital tools and excellent level of French, especially writing
ability to search for, understand and synthesize technical or regulatory information, with curiosity and desire to learn
autonomy, rigor, sense of organization and priorities
interpersonal ease, team spirit and public service orientation
interest in prevention in a broad sense and availability to train regularly
Good basics in fire prevention, in natural hazards or in the building industry as well as knowledge of German are a plus. Training possibilities will be offered to you with a view to a federal certification in fire prevention.
