Infrastructure Expert Windows & Virtualisation (M/F)

As part of the reinforcement of an infrastructure team, we are looking for an Infrastructure Expert capable of ensuring the maintenance in operational conditions and the evolution of critical environments based on physical and virtualized infrastructures.

You will intervene in a varied scope mixing systems, virtualization, datacenter and automation, within a demanding and collaborative technical environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain and evolve Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11 environments.
• Ensure the management of the server lifecycle: deployment, configuration, updates and performance optimization.
• Guarantee the availability, security and stability of Windows infrastructures.
• Provide advanced level support and resolution of complex incidents.
• Participate in monitoring activities, performance analysis and continuous improvement.
• Administer VMware virtualized infrastructures and associated physical environments.
• Contribute to the automation of operations tasks via Ansible.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of the technical evolutions of the platform.
• Excellent mastery of Microsoft Windows environments (Windows Server 2022 & Windows 11).
• Confirmed experience in administration, support and evolution of critical infrastructures.
• Good skills in VMware vSphere 8/9 virtualized environments.
• Experience with datacenter infrastructures, physical and virtual servers.
• Red Hat 8/9 and Ansible automation knowledge appreciated.
• Mastery of Jira and Confluence tools.
• Autonomous, rigorous and problem-solving oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Team spirit and ease in collaboration with technical and business interlocutors.
• Familiarity with Agile working methods.
