We are looking for a Senior Business Project Manager to lead high-visibility transformation and digitalization projects within a complex and multidisciplinary environment.

You will be responsible for the complete management of projects, from scoping requirements to production, ensuring the coordination of business, technical, and external stakeholders. Missions include notably the management of costs, deadlines, risks, and quality, as well as change management for users.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle.
• Collect and formalize business requirements.
• Define governance, planning, and monitoring indicators.
• Facilitate workshops and project committees.
• Coordinate internal teams and service providers.
• Prepare and conduct procurement procedures and calls for tender.
• Ensure budgetary monitoring and risk management.
• Organize the deployment of solutions and user support.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in business project management or digital transformation.
• Excellent ability to communicate with business management and technical teams.
• Mastery of project management methods.
• Strong autonomy, leadership, and sense of organization.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
