Foreman/ Team leader poured asphalt 100% (m/f)

Your tasks :

• Prepare and organize construction sites with the site manager: orders, deliveries, labor, material, etc.
• Supervise production and monitor the progress of construction sites
• Primary contact for the Works Management
• Write daily site reports

Your profile :

• Desired experience in the field of poured asphalt application
• Oral knowledge of German
• Ability to organize, lead and motivate your collaborators
• Good interpersonal skills with clients, collaborators and your hierarchy
• Autonomous, rigorous with initiative
• Good command of French (German is a plus)
