Scheduling Manager / Production Planning (M/F)

As part of several recruitments for prestigious watch manufactures based in Genève, we are looking for several Scheduling Managers / Production Planners (M/F).

Your missions

• Build and manage manufacturing schedules while ensuring compliance with deadlines and production priorities.
• Ensure the launch and monitoring of manufacturing orders according to the needs of the production plan.
• Coordinate the different workshops to guarantee an optimal production flow.
• Analyze performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes and the resolution of operational issues.
• Contribute to the achievement of quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

Your profile

• Technical or logistics training (Technicien ES, CFC completed by a specialization in Supply Chain or equivalent).
• Confirmed experience in planning, scheduling, or production management in an industrial environment.
• Good mastery of IT tools, notably Excel and ERP (SAP is an asset).
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
• Ease in coordinating multiple interlocutors.
