To meet these challenges, the FASD is pursuing its transformation and strengthening its Finance department with the recruitment for this strategic position to complete our management committee for a start date to be agreed upon, we are looking for a: Head of Finance Department and member of the management committee (70-100%) * You ensure the strategic direction of the Finance department of a large organization (financial volume 28 million CHF, 280 000 billed hours, 440 000 visits, 1 250 000 km, etc.). * You develop the skills of your team and oversee the administration in order to guarantee the seamless circulation of data flows with the 3 sectors (5 sites). * You participate in the strategic development of the FASD and support the management and the Foundation Board in its relations with its partners. * You monitor risk management (SCI) and management control with the teams, in connection with the requirements of the management and the Foundation Board. * You consolidate the digitalization of the Finance area. * You support the development of all financial and administrative processes. Desired profile: * Master in economics / Master of Science in finance / federal diploma of expert accountant (or training deemed equivalent) as well as 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function. * Asserted leadership and ability to unite and grow a team. * Communication skills and exemplary interpersonal skills complete your profile.
