Joining the Mottex home means joining a committed and dynamic team, in an environment where humanity, cooperation, and a sense of mission give full value to social work." #### Your key missions * You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews. * You implement personalized action plans. * You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration. * You coordinate with internal and external partners. * You ensure compliance with the rules of the home. ### Your profile * You have a HES bachelor's in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma). * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function. * You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurance. * You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset * You have a marked interest in the field of migration. ### What EVAM offers you * A committed working environment * 5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50) * Very good social benefits * Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context ### The recruitment process in 3 steps: 1.
