We are looking for one of our clients, a Programming Methods Technician to develop programs for the company's machining equipment, ensuring optimal manufacturing quality

Job description
--------------------

• Creation of complete programs on CAM software CREO and GIBBSCAM, any other CAM software welcome
• Proven experience of several years in machining on machines (turning, milling) with expertise in ISO and CAM programming
• Participate in the development of manufacturing instructions for the machining part
• Basic knowledge of CAD on CREO is welcome
• Simulation and optimization of programs
• Setup on machines with the setters, and monitoring of pre-series until production launch
• Creation of assembly sheets and lists of parts and tools
• Provide technical support in the workshop to mechanics
• Actively participate in the integration of new machining machines
• FIXED position

Profile sought
-----------------

• Training as an ES Technician in microtechnology, or BTS or License in Production
• Have solid experience in CAM programming and in the manufacturing of mechanical parts
• Have excellent knowledge in CNC Milling and Turning, knowledge of CNC finishing machines is a plus
• Excellent knowledge in reading plans.
• Have a good mechanical technical sense to find quick and efficient solutions.
• Be comfortable with IT tools
• Have an excellent sense of communication to exchange with the BT and the machining workshops
• Team spirit, and be a source of proposals within the framework of continuous improvement
