What you will learn
Look forward to your three-year apprenticeship "Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ" with us. You will gain in-depth insights into the area surrounding unemployment insurance. Versatile, challenging, and exciting tasks in administration and service await you. At the counter and on the phone, you will advise our customers personally and process their requests. You will write emails and letters independently. You will work with various operating systems, enter data, and process it further. You will also support your team with various administrative tasks. If interested, you can complete the Federal Vocational Baccalaureate (BM) alongside your apprenticeship.

• Secondary school diploma with good performance
• Joy in working with the computer and planning tasks
• Interest in precise and independent work
• Flair for numbers, confident German in speaking and writing, and motivated to apply your oral foreign language skills
• Curious and open towards fellow human beings

What we offer you
You will get to know the daily working life of the Unia Arbeitslosenkasse step by step. Your practical trainer will supervise and support you on your way to a successful apprenticeship completion. Flexible working hours and progressive employment conditions.
