Field Service Technician 100% CDI (M/W/D)

Tasks

• Repair and replacement of technical components on vehicles
• Calibration of modern driver assistance systems
• Independent, professional processing of customer orders
• Ensuring high service and customer satisfaction
• Assignments in the branch as well as directly at the customer's location
• Use of a service vehicle for external assignments

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Carrosseriespengler, Automechaniker, Automobilmechatroniker or Automobilfachmann EFZ
• Technical understanding and interest in the automotive industry
• Enjoyment of customer contact and service-oriented way of working
• Confident appearance in a bilingual environment (German and French)
• Driving license category B
