This strategic position combines project management, budget monitoring, and team management.

As a true architectural reference for the office, you will work on your own projects while ensuring the supervision and monitoring of the work carried out by the other architects and draftsmen in the team.

You will also be authorized to sign the inquiry plans (REG or MPQ), a central responsibility within the structure.

As part of the reinforcement of its teams, our client, a human-sized architecture firm recognized in French-speaking Switzerland and based in the Lausanne region, is looking for a Senior Architect / Team Leader M/F.

Missions

Your responsibilities

• Design and manage your own projects, from feasibility studies to completion.
• Ensure inquiry submissions and the signing of plans.
• Supervise, support, and coordinate a small team of project manager architects.
• Supervise projects entrusted to other project managers.
• Guarantee the architectural, technical, and economic quality of projects.
• Participate in strategic reflections and the optimization of design processes.
• Collaborate closely with management, construction managers, and all stakeholders.

Candidate profile

Your profile

• EPF, HES or equivalent architect diploma.
• REG/MPQ title or equivalent allowing for the signing of inquiry plans in Switzerland is indispensable.
• Confirmed experience of at least 10 years in the design and development of residential projects (PPE) in Switzerland.
• Successful experience in leading or supervising teams, an asset.
• Mastery of Archicad as well as the Adobe suite.
• Sense of responsibility, natural leadership, and excellent coordination skills.
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and solution-oriented spirit.
