  • Guarantee an efficient and structured flow of information between the project team and the client, by means of regular meetings, progress reports, and written communications.

  • Ensure financial monitoring of projects and produce clear, reliable, and regular reporting.
  • Advise on and support technical or engineering decisions having an impact on costs, budget, or planning.
  • Evaluate the financial and operational consequences of design changes occurring during the construction phase.
  • Examine payment requests, work situations, and supporting documents submitted by companies.
  • Identify, document, and monitor any event likely to give rise to a claim, a request for an extension of time, or a dispute.
  • Contribute to the management of changes, addenda, and contractual claims.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and objectives defined with the client.
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of decisions, actions, and responsibilities of each stakeholder.
  • Provide the client with a clear vision of project progress, risks, necessary trade-offs, and next steps.
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in managing construction projects or real estate projects.
  • You must have at least 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland, including recent experience on the Swiss market.
  • You are currently based in Geneva or its region.
  • You possess an excellent understanding of the Swiss construction market, its practices, its players, and its contractual environment.
  • You have proven experience in delivering office, retail, and/or industrial building projects.

  • You master the management of costs, budgets, deadlines, risks, and stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable managing complex and multidisciplinary projects.
  • You possess strong skills in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.
  • You know how to establish a relationship of trust with clients, consultants, companies, and external partners.
